XZ Snooker Tour 2013 continues after a short break as A1 Snooker plays host for Leg 4. Preliminary rounds starts next Monday with the Final competed on 26 May, Sunday.

Draw for GB Snooker Tour Grand Final

The Grand Finals for the Golden Break Snooker Tour 2012/13 starts next Monday as the top 32 ranked players competes for the Champion cash prize of RM 7,000. 

The top 32 players are drawn into 4 groups of 8 players, competing using the Double Elimination format. 4 players will then qualify from each group into the Last 16 round, which will be played on 18 May, Saturday.

Michael Soh conquers Rack

Michael Soh relives his glorious pool days as he defeats Alan Tan to win Rack Cafe 9 Ball In House Tournament last Saturday. Formerly playing for Rack, Michael Soh displayed glimpse of his match play form during the whole event.

Michael Soh collects RM 1,500 cash prize for his Champion's effort whilst Alan Tan only settles for Runner up prize of RM 700. Semi Finalist placings went to Muhd Aidi and Shamsul Anuar with each collecting RM 300 respectively.

Maybank triumphant yet again; Razak's 13th win

Maybank extends their winning streak as they claims this year's NBSC Interbank Snooker Championship 2013 Team Category, making it a total of 8 victories in the Championship's history. They defeated CIMB in the Final with a scoreline of 3-1. 3rd placing goes to OCBC whilst first timer RHB manages 4th placing overall.

Individual Category Champion - Abdul Razak

Ambank Abdul Razak also wins yet again in the NBSC Interbank Snooker Championship 2013 and this will be his 13 time winning it under the Ambank flag.

Last year's winner Henry Tay from Standard Chartered could only manage Runner up's placing as he proved no match for Abdul Razak's form. Semi Finalist are Zurini Hashim from Ambank and Azmi Ahmad from HSBC respectively.

Mohd Nazri wins for the 2nd time as he defeats Hendry Por in the final of Red Ball Amateur Snooker Tournament recently. 

Mohd Nazri collects RM 2,000 cash prize for his Champion's triumph whilst Hendry Por manages only RM 1,000 cash prize. Semi Finalist goes to Abdul Razak and David Ong respectively with each receiving RM 300 cash prize.

Alvin Wijaya claims his 4th win on the Golden Break 10 Ball Tour 2012/13 after defeating Jason Ng 11-3 at Golden Break Bandar Puteri Puchong.

Alvin Wijaya collects RM 1,500 cash prize for his 4th victory whilst Jason Ng only manages RM 700 as the Runner up. Hussein Abd and Texas Yap each collects RM 300 cash prize as the losing semi finalists.

The last leg of the Golden Break 10 Ball Pool Tour 2012/13 will be held at Golden Break Snooker & Pool Club at Section 14 from 6-11 May.

Rory Thor finally captures his first victory for 2013 as he defeats Mohd Reza to win Leg 3 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 at The Ball Room.

Rory played in the last 2 legs final and lost both matches to the current No 1 seed Imtiaz Serwer. This time around however, Imtiaz lost in the Quarter Final to Thean Mun Kit, giving Rory a chance to recapture the No 1 seed.

Rory Thor finally takes away the Champion's cash prize of RM 3,000 whilst Mohd Reza only claims RM 1,200 cash prize for his Runner up effort.

Top seed Imtiaz goes out

No 1 seed Imtiaz Serwer crashes out as Thean Mun Kit beats him 4-2 in the Quarter Finals round of Leg 3 XZ Snooker Tour 2013 at The Ball Room.

This means Rory Thor will have a chance to take over the top spot in the rankings as he goes through to the Semi Finals after defeating Sam Chong 4-1. Highest break for the Championship remains at 112 points by Rory Thor.

Semi Finals plays tomorrow at 6pm followed by the Final at 9pm.
